Booking a session is quick and easy. Simply choose the type of training you want—WR training, speed & velocity, or film study—then select an available time that fits your schedule. Sessions run throughout the week on certain dates and spots are limited, so early booking is recommended. New athletes will be prompted to complete a quick intake form before their first session to ensure training is tailored to their needs. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details you need to show up ready to work and an invoice.
